A new 600m² administration block for Kerikeri High School, replacing the school's existing admin building.
ARCO won the tender to demolish Kerikeri High School's existing administration block on Hone Heke Road and build its replacement. Demolition included removing all asbestos in line with WorkSafe and Ministry of Education guidelines.
The new 600m² building connects to the existing administration building through an enclosed hallway, with ramp and stair access. Inside, two open entry spaces give the deans room to meet students, alongside individual offices, meeting space and a St John room, finished in the school's colours with plenty of natural light.
