A 5,151m² department store in Whangārei’s central business district, redeveloped in 8 months for one of New Zealand’s leading department store retailers.
ARCO Group partnered with Property Managers Group, RS Eng & Ignite Architects throughout the early stages of this complex construction project to complete the redevelopment of the Farmers building in Whangarei.
This was a complex project, where ARCO Group were able to add our expertise to in order to complete this project in a timely efficient and effective manner, whilst maintaining the budget set by our client.
With this store remaining operational during normal work hours, ARCO Group managed the construction works so that there was minimal disruption to Farmers operations during the construction period, including whilst upgrading the interior of the building to meet the specification for our clients tenant.
