A 1,500m² purpose-built ITM store and distribution yard serving Waipapa and Kerikeri, designed and built with ARCO involved from the earliest stage.
Bay of Islands ITM brought ARCO in before resource consent. Working alongside the client on consenting, detailed design and planning let their team stay focused on supplying the building industry around Waipapa and Kerikeri, while we managed the build.
On site, ground stabilisation came first, followed by a roll-formed steel structure and a concrete floor and yard laid out for truck access and loading. Early contractor involvement kept the project quick and cost-effective, from first drawings to handover.
