Roofing Industries manufactures and supplies metal roofing, cladding and rainwater products for projects across New Zealand. For its new Whangārei facility, ARCO delivered a land and build package with Greenstar Properties, taking the project from design to a finished, working building in 12 months.
The building was designed around how Roofing Industries works: a warehouse laid out for its manufacturing workflow, offices, and a drive-through logistics bay that keeps trucks moving. It supports the business today, with room to grow its manufacturing over time.

The working drawings were done promptly and council consents obtained and the construction was underway. The completed building was to a very high standard using quality materials and workmanship and built within the original quote and contract and timelines.
